4. Properties to compliy with gas regulations (CORGI gas cetificate required)
5. Properties to comply with electrical wiring regulation (NICEIC certificate)
6. EPC
We require the above for the safety of ourselves and for landlords, as
we regulalrly house employees who live with their families.

Sharing a flat is the only way in which some people can afford to live in the cosmopolitan cities and as they cannot afford to buy or even rent a property on their own they team up with someone else in the same situation and flatshare. The property type that makes up a flatshare accommodation is where each person who will live their has a private bedroom but communal areas such as a living room, toilet and kitchen, not forgetting a garden or terrace where possible, and living and sharing the space.

Also as many flatshare agencies would require a deposit before moving in, this ensures that the potential tenant must behave in order to get any money back.
